A quick visit home

We went to Indianapolis at the end of August for a quick visit. Patrick's Uncle Jim, partner Michael, and girls, Emma and Audy were visiting from San Francisco. We hadn't met Audy yet and she's already 14 months old! So, it was a great excuse to go home for a little while. It was a short visit, but we had a great time seeing family and friends.

My good friend Chris and her new baby, Annie

Chris and I worked at Eagle Creek Elementary together and lived a block away from eachother in Broadripple. She was due on Caroline's birthday, but Annie didn't decide to come until August 7!

Happy Birthday, Aunt Kathleen!

"Other" Grandma and Me

Since I had both Grandma's around, I said, "other Grandma and two Grandpa's." :)

Grandma and Me

Well, it's good of Sadie and Uncle Michael

It's really hard to get pictures of Caroline (and Aunt Mary) looking at the camera! :) Just kidding, Mary.

Do you like my tattoo?

Ms. Ginnie gave me and Cora tattoos. I was so proud of mine that I insisted on showing everyone I knew and wearing T-shirts to bed so I could still look at it. Watch out Mom and Dad when I am 18!

People watching at the State Fair

The MN State Fair is a pretty big deal. Everyone goes to the fair, and I mean everyone. We didn't go a lot in IN, but it's the thing to do here in MN. :)

I'm a Little Farm Hand!

They had an exhibit at the State Fair where I pretended to help out on the farm. I fed the chickens, collected eggs, milked a cow, sheared a sheep, planted seeds, and picked apples. After I was finished, I got paid for my work and I bought some Cheerios from the store. It was a fun day!
