They weren't too sure about the ocean though. We got Caroline to go in a few times and she did pretty well. Except one time she tried the boogie board and got a mouthful of salt water, so, that was the end of that!

Locks of Love

I donated my hair today to Locks of Love in honor of Gracie Bennett. I worked with Gracie's mom, Stephanie, at Eagle Creek Elementary in Indianapolis 4 years ago. Gracie was diagnosed with a brain tumor and just turned 4. I wanted to do this in honor of her. :)

It also reminded me that 4 years ago (almost to the day) I had my thyroid removed due to cancer. So, I didn't plan to cut my hair off on this exact day, but, thought it was significant. :)
