Something funny...
The other day Caroline asked me if Garrett is going to wear a dress tomorrow. I said, "No, Garrett is a boy." Then she said, "But when he grows up and turns into a girl, he can wear a dress." :)

Garrett is 10 months old
Garrett is 10 months old (and a few weeks since I was a little behind on the picture this month). He LOVES cut up bananas and any food we are eating. He signs "more" all of the time. If he wants up, he signs "more," if we ask him if he wants to eat, he signs "more." It's pretty funny. He still follows Caroline everywhere and just adores his big sister.

Funny...
Garrett was watching his video with me and he heard me say, "How big is Garrett?" on the video and while he was sitting in my lap, he did his arms up above his head. :)

Some good children's books
I just thought I would add a few books that Caroline and I really have liked lately...
1. Mama Always Comes Home by Karma Wilson
2. Thank You Bear by Greg Foley
3. Don't Worry Bear by Greg Foley
The first one is a great message about how animal mommy's leave their young but they always come back home to them...The last 2 are really sweet and great illustrations.

A speech pathologist's dream!!
This is for all my speech pathologist friends. The /r/ sound is REALLY hard to elicit, especially in young kids who can't always get their tongues up. It's not perfect, but at least she's getting the idea. She has made her mommy very happy! ha ha
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
Is she going to be a future speech pathologist looking in that mirror as she's singing?
