We’ve had a fun couple of weeks…Grandma Scherger came to visit for a week in Minnesota. We got to see Cheryl, Grandpa Scherger’s (favorite) secretary that moved to Minnesota. We also went to the Mall of America, the splash park, and some other parks. We had a lot of fun! Then, Grandma helped us drive home to Indiana because Mommy had a Grad school reunion. Daddy had to stay in MN and work-we even left him on his 30th birthday. :( We have been forgiven, I think.

We got to see a lot of family and friends while we were home. We stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Scherger for a few days and Great Aunt Susie came to visit us from Ohio on the Fourth of July! We saw Mommy’s friend Darci, and her sons Ian and Owen. Then, we went to Lafayette to see Uncle Matt and Kier. Later that week, we went to Indianapolis to stay with Grandma and Grandpa O’Donnell. Great Grandmother, Great Grandaddy, and Great Aunt Sue came from West Virginia, and Aunt Kathleen came home from Western Michigan to see us too! On Thursday, Tiffany, Kai, and Nea came over to swim. On Friday, we had our Grad school lunch hosted at Kriste’s house. Katy (and Isaac), Shannon (Payton, Maddox, and Campbell), Kriste (and Jack) all live in the Indianapolis area, and Monica (and Carina) and Mommy and me, came from Minnesota. We had fun playing with all of Jack’s toys! On Saturday, Shawna, Mommy’s college friend, and 2 of her kids, Cole and Zoe, came to swim at the O’Donnell’s. Mommy also got to swim with her Master’s team a few times and have lunch with her friend, Karen. So, it was a great visit!

On Monday, we headed to Chicago to stay with Uncle Michael and Aunt Mary for the night to break up the drive. I am not sure how many drives Mommy will be making the drive alone with just me. I did not want to cooperate very well and didn’t understand why I needed to be in my car seat for so long. :(
